WordPress Developer & Team Leader

I’m a WordPress developer who enjoys building websites that actually work well and stay easy to manage over time. For the last 2 years, I’ve been working with WordPress and currently lead a small team of 10 developers at Softvence, where I’m involved in both development and day-to-day project work.

I care a lot about structure, performance, and long-term usability. I like planning things properly before building, so the website stays fast, organized, and flexible as it grows. I usually work with WordPress and Elementor, choosing simple and practical solutions instead of overcomplicating things.

Along with development, I help guide my team, support them when they’re stuck, and step in when client communication needs clarity,especially with international clients. I try to stay calm, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly, so the work moves forward smoothly and everyone stays on the same page.

While building, I pay close attention to performance, usability, and long-term maintainability. I aim to create solutions that stay fast, organized, and easy to manage as the project grows. Along the way, I support my team, help resolve challenges when they come up, and keep communication clear—so projects move forward smoothly and deliver real, lasting value.
